I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and burnout through counselling that is practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed. I incorporate body-based (somatic) approaches alongside talk therapy, with sessions available in person and online across Alberta.
While many clients come to counselling for anxiety, trauma, or burnout, I also support adults with a wide range of concerns, including depression, grief, anger, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship or intimacy-related concerns.

“Tina is no ordinary person or Therapist. …She is always consistently the same. Upfront is her integrity, kindness, intuition, team spirit, and generosity of heart. I would add most importantly she earned her wisdom and grace from reflecting on her own inner shadows and her process work. She exudes a lightness that speaks to your heart, and uplifts your soul and spirit.” RM
