My passion for counselling began when I received profound guidance from an incredible counsellor, which changed my life forever. Today, as a psychologist, I help adults navigate mental health challenges through a holistic, evidence-based approach that fosters lasting change.

Areas of Support:
I support adults with anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, burnout, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, grief, anger, and relationship or sexuality concerns. I believe that thriving begins when pain and suffering transform into opportunities for healing and growth — and even a little guidance can make a significant difference.
My Approach
I take a holistic approach, combining talk therapy with somatic and evidence-based techniques, including Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Hypnosis, Prolonged Exposure, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Services are offered in English and German, and each client receives a personalized plan tailored to their needs.
A Personal Note
Outside of sessions, I enjoy cross-country skiing, camping with my husband, writing, and dancing. I value both quiet reflection and social connection, and I bring that balance into my practice, helping clients find the tools they need to thrive.
