My passion for counselling was ignited when I received profound guidance from an incredible counsellor, changing my life forever. As a psychologist, I help individuals navigate mental health challenges like anxiety, trauma and PTSD, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, perfectionism, grief, and depression through a holistic approach, fostering lasting change.
In addition to these concerns, I also enjoy supporting people with relationship challenges, and sexuality-related concerns. I believe that thriving begins when pain and suffering transform into opportunities for healing and growth, and a little guidance can make a significant difference.
From personal experience, I understand that challenges can serve as powerful catalysts for change. When old coping strategies no longer work, it’s essential to discover new ways of being in the world.
I feel honored to journey alongside my clients, witnessing their transformation from suffering to connection. My holistic approach to counselling psychology includes extensive training in somatic therapies (Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Hypnosis, etc.), evidence-based therapy, and sexuality-related concerns. I offer services in both English and German.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy cross-country skiing or camping with my husband. I appreciate a balance between introversion and extroversion, cherishing both my alone time and moments spent with friends. And of course, I have a passion for writing and dancing!
