3. Your First Appointment Is Just Around The Corner

Once your appointment is booked, you’re all set. You’ll receive a personalized Welcome Email with everything you need to know—whether you're meeting online or in person. For virtual sessions, a secure video link will be sent about 30 minutes before your appointment. If you're coming in person, the email will include directions and what to expect when you arrive. Automatic reminders will also help you stay on track, so you have one less thing to worry about.
