Getting Started Is Easy

2. Complete Your Secure Intake Forms

Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome email from JaneApp with secure intake forms to complete before your first session. These forms can be filled out easily on your phone, tablet, or computer -whatever is most convenient for you.

If you contact me by email or through the contact form, I’ll guide you through the next steps and schedule your first appointment once the intake process is complete.

3. Your First Appointment Is Just Around The Corner

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’re all set. You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know before your session.

If you're meeting online, a secure video link will be sent about 30 minutes before your appointment.

If you're coming in person, the email will include directions and helpful information about arriving at the office.

My Whitecourt office is conveniently located in downtown Whitecourt at 4723 50 Ave, Unit 6.

You’ll also receive automatic appointment reminders, so you have one less thing to keep track of.
