New Office Now Open in Whitecourt!
I’m excited to announce that my new office in Whitecourt is officially open! After a wonderful first day, I’m already feeling at home in this cozy, welcoming space. While a few final interior design touches are still being completed, I’m ready to begin supporting individuals in the Whitecourt community.
Being Reminded of Why I Love This Profession
Reflecting on my first day, I’m reminded again why I love this profession—it’s all about connection, being present, and creating something meaningful together. Every person I meet brings a unique perspective, and each conversation has its own rhythm. What arises in the moment is always fresh and new, and that’s where the true potential for growth and healing lies. Whether someone is navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, burnout, grief, or other challenges, the opportunity for transformation is always present in the therapeutic space.

Each session is different, with its own pace and flow. In the moment, new insights emerge, and change happens. I never know exactly what to expect, but that’s what makes this work so dynamic.
